This is the first of our trips and travels, a 1-year delayed "honeymoon" in our '49 Dodge pickup Maybelle. After a few days on our own, we met up with friends from home who had friends in Aurora, who led us on our first real backpacking trek overnight. No travel journal was kept, and the photos were few and of primitive quality. But the experience was memorable. |
